Upcoming Engagement Opportunities 

Dear Alcott Parents and Guardians, 

I am writing to let you know that CPS will be holding “State of the District” briefings in the coming weeks so you can hear from CPS leaders about the District’s successes and challenges and learn about ways you can get involved in helping shape the District’s next strategic plan. 

These meetings are being held at the following locations: 

• Kelvyn Park High School (4343 W Wrightwood Ave on the Northwest Side) on Tuesday, October 17, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. 

• Westinghouse High School (3223 W Franklin Blvd on the West Side) on Wednesday, October 18, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. 

• Virtually on Saturday, October 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (A meeting link will be shared with you in the coming days if you register for the virtual meeting) 

• Little Village High School Campus (3120 S Kostner Ave on the Southwest Side) on Monday, October 23, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. 

• Julian High School (10330 S Elizabeth St on the Far South Side) on Wednesday, November 1, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
