  • Page 1 to be completed by parent/guardian
  • Page 2 to be completed by previous school

Alcott's Registration for the 2023-2024 school year will be held on Wednesday, August 16 (suggested last name A-L) and Thursday August 17, (Suggested last name M-Z). From 9:00am- 3:00pm. If you are unable to attend registration on 8/16 or 8/17, please return forms to the school by 8/21/23.

Alcott’s registration process for the 2023-2024 school year will begin online where you will complete your contact information and your registration forms. Access to these forms will be emailed to parents in early August. From there, you can print and sign your forms, or come to the school and we can print your forms for you. Please watch for an email in early August for Registration information or check back here.
