Parent-Teacher Conference Day and Report Card Pick Up: March 29 | День батьківської зустрічі та отримання табеля: 29 березня

Hello, Wildcats!

Wednesday, March 29th is Family-Teacher Conference Day and Report Card Pickup. Alcott teachers will be available from 11am to 5:15pm (minus a lunch break) for conferences.

All conferences, whether in-person or virtual, must be scheduled with the teacher using Google Appointment Slots. Links to teacher’s Appointment Pages can be found here, and most teachers will include the link on their Google Classroom Pages. Please connect with your Alcott student for access to teachers’ Google Classroom Pages. Here is a video on how to book an appointment.

Additionally, the Alcott Behavioral Health Team (BHT) kindly asks all parents to take a moment to review and (sign if they approve) the English, Spanish, or Ukrainian versions of a letter providing parent / guardian consent to use their student’s EOY social emotional needs assessment data.

Parent consent enables us to better understand how we can provide social emotional supports at Alcott.

У середу, 29 березня, відзначається День сімейної конференції вчителів і отримання звіту. Викладачі Alcott будуть доступні для конференцій з 11:00 до 17:15 (мінус обідня перерва).

Крім того, Alcott Behavioral Health Team (BHT) люб’язно просить усіх батьків знайти час, щоб переглянути та (підписати, якщо вони схвалюють) англійську, іспанську або українську версії листа, у якому надається згода батьків/опікунів на використання соціально-емоційної програми EOY їхніх учнів. дані оцінки потреб.

Згода батьків дає нам змогу краще зрозуміти, як ми можемо надавати соціальну емоційну підтримку в Alcott.
